location: the hotel was near to a supermarket, and insica train station. the rooms were reasonably large and modern, we really enjoyed them.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on top of a hill with stunning views. The hotel provided excellent services, such as room service and laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, where I could relax and soak up the sun. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

It was in an excellent location to the train stations. And we were close to the centre of the village and Florence, Siena, San Gemignano, and Volterra: )

Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

Great for a get away, close to The Mall Outlet. Lovely and peaceful grounds, pool, and views. Room in the tower was as depicted in pictures, with a cute kitchen, coffee machine, and washing machine in a separate area. Convenient parking for motorbikes. Easy access to town and train station for exploring Florence. Historic apartment with beautiful views, comfortable and clean. Responsive staff. Incredible kitchen and well-stocked. Spacious room with character, comfy bed, and great bathroom. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast with a good variety. Convenient location for visiting Florence. Stunning grounds and pool area. Simply fantastic!

The pool was refreshing and clean, and the grounds were well-maintained, with plenty of loungers for relaxing. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

Our room was not up to par, with broken appliances and a lack of promised amenities. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the check-in process was surprisingly inconvenient.

Everything seemed excellent, excellent staff, spacious rooms. The room with amazing view. The food was excellent, with a wide range of options. The hotel was in an excellent and stunning location walking distance to gardens and hills.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

As a senior woman, I really appreciated the beautiful and classic decoration of the historic old building at Relais Villa Belvedere. It brought back memories of a bygone era and added a touch of elegance to my stay. The general areas of the hotel were accessible and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my time there.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have liked the children working there to provide more assistance and guidance.

The rooms are quaint and well-appointed with all the necessities, including a full kitchen and comfortable bedding. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service.

The sound of passing trains can occasionally be heard, but it is not too disruptive.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of being close to the train station, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also appreciated the option to park our car nearby and the easy access to a nearby supermarket for any provisions we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
